Dates for refund requests
- Before April 1st, 2026- 100% refund minus a $35.00 administrative fee
- April 2nd, 2026 - April 30th, 2026 - 50% refund minus a $35.00 administrative fee
- After May 1st, 2026 - no refunds provided.
Season-Ending Injury
A player who sustains a season ending injury, certified by a physician, will receive a pro-rated refund based on weeks remaining in the season, if requested by the parent.

All refunds will be processed according to the above procedures using the date the request was received by completing the online refund request form. The form can be found here.
