2024 SEASON CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK INFORMATION FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS
The Ontario Lacrosse Association requires that all volunteers who work with minors in the lacrosse clubs must have a completed Criminal Record Check (CRC) on file with their local club.
If you are a new volunteer or require an updated Criminal Records Check, please send an e-mail to [email protected].
If you are a returning volunteer, with a CRC that was submitted for the 2022 or 2023 season, you will need to complete an OLA Offense Declaration (link below) and and forward to.
