The Nepean Knights Minor Lacrosse association is a member of the Ontario Lacrosse Association, and as such our players are required to wear the equipment required by our governing body.

Paperweight (No Contact)
- Helmet with facemask (Hockey or Lacrosse style)
- Mouth guard
- Shoulder pads (Hockey or Lacrosse style)
- Gloves (Hockey or Lacrosse style)
- Athletic support and cup
- Elbow pads (Hockey or Lacrosse style)
- Lacrosse Stick
- Running shoes
U9 and all higher levels
- Helmet with facemask (Hockey or lacrosse style)
- Mouth guard
- Shoulder pads (Hockey or Lacrosse style)
- Gloves (Hockey or Lacrosse style)
- Athletic support and cup
- Elbow pads (Hockey or Lacrosse style)
- Kidney/Rib/Back Protection
- Arm/bicep pads
- Lacrosse Stick
- Running shoes
Field/Box lacrosse gloves offer excellent protection and flexibility. Short cuff hockey gloves can be used, but they don’t offer the same grip or flexibility.
If your player does not have all of the required equipment, they will NOT be permitted to enter the floor
