The application form for the 2025 season is now available
Here are some pointers as part of the process:
Successful Coaches will have the freedom to manage their team as they see fit. The association will not seek to micro-manage your team. However, the NKMLA has the responsibility to prepare our Minor Players for the next step into Junior Lacrosse, as such, we do expect our Coaches to guide their team from the "Knights Way" Systems, that our Junior teams play by - a copy of these Systems will be provided to all coaches.
We truly value the time you dedicate to mentor your team for the association, and will be available to help you with any issues when/if they arise. The Board will be here to protect your interests and the interests of your Team on behalf of the association.
Since time is of the essence, may you please:
- Complete this Application by Wednesday, February 5th, or
- If you cannot complete this Application by Wednesday, February 5th, reply to this email with your "Intent to Apply" by February 5th, and then have the Application completed by Wednesday, February 12. Failure to provide an email reply with your Intent to Apply by February 5th, will prevent this additional week to complete the Application.
