The Nepean Knights Lacrosse Association is excited to welcome you to the 2026 Capital Showdown! With venues across the West-end of the Nation's Capital, this year's tournament is gearing up to be exciting, competitive and fun.

This year's tournament details are:

Cost: $850 payable by e-transfer, EFT, or Peloton. Please do not send money until you have received an email confirming your teams spot.
