About the House League Program

The Knights Lacrosse Association proudly and equally offers all players the chance to participate in the House League program. This program allows all players to practice and play against players in their own division and skill level from the ages of 4 to 19. Learning, enjoying and creating a positive, and fun atmosphere are emphasized. The Association promotes a code of conduct to ensure that all players, coaches, and referees are treated with respect. The program is divided almost equally between action-packed games and skill-developing practices. At the end of the regular season, the house league teams will also have an exciting playoff season.

The house league season typically runs with sort outs beginning in mid April and concludes at the end of the school year.

Note: Due to the short length of the lacrosse season, and the need to set teams quickly after sort outs, we are unfortunately not able to honour friend requests. The only exception, if requested, siblings of the same age will be placed on the same team and this will not count as a friend request (request for cousins, etc. will count as a friend request).  We do not group kids by school or other factor.  Questions regarding the house league season, registration, sort outs etc. can be sent to [email protected]

The chart below outlines what division your child will play in based on their birth year and the corresponding registration fee:
